The hook-type overhead conveyor shot blasting machine is engineered for medium and large workpieces. These parts are often delicate or sensitive, so they cannot be processed by bulk tumbling methods.
This equipment is well-suited for heavy-duty and intricately shaped workpieces, including castings, weldments, forgings, stampings, hot/cold formed components, steel cylinders and springs. The load capacity of a single hook ranges from 30kg to 300kg. The number of hooks and conveyor speed can be customized according to your production demands.
Workpieces are either fixed on fixtures or hung directly on the rotating hooks of the traveling mechanism. Inside the blasting chamber, the workpieces rotate and travel continuously to achieve thorough and efficient surface cleaning.

The monorail system transports large and heavy workpieces into and out of the blasting cabinet. Operators load workpieces onto hooks or hanging tools outside the chamber before conveying them inside for blasting. Once the process is completed, the hooks exit the cabinet for unloading. Thanks to the monorail design, multiple hooks can perform loading and unloading simultaneously while others are in operation, enabling non-stop blasting and delivering high production efficiency.
